This is a super-easy way to have a big impact in the life of a child: bring in a backpack!
The annual Backpack Bash, sponsored by the local non-profit COSILOVEYOU, meets a very real need for kids getting ready for the start of the school year. We are collecting new backpacks at the Church, to be delivered to the backpack collection center early next week. Please pick up a backpack and drop it off this week (or on Sunday, when you come for worship).

at Holy Trinity Anglican Church (map)
The Anselm Society invites you to attend an end-of-summer concert from Nashville-based international singer-songwriter Stephanie Staples here at Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
From Anselm Society's website: Stephanie’s studio albums tell part of her story but it is in her live performances that she truly shines, captivating audiences and fostering a reflective and prayerful atmosphere as she pours the full depth of her life experiences into her music, not shying away from the reality of suffering and dark times but reflecting a light that persists through it all. Her songs are soothing, reflective, and hopeful and many have said that her humor and stories shared between songs have similar impact.
We will start the evening with acoustic Celtic music by the Anselm Celtic Band, followed by a live performance from Stephanie, and a fellowship and dessert potluck in the Fellowship Hall.
