Nyagatovu School Fee Support

Holy Trinity recently sent funds to our sister parish in Nyagatovu, Rwanda, to help families in the parish with school fees and school supplies. We received the following information in an email update from Pastor Jean Claude:

Greetings in the name of Jesus Christ and hope all is well with you and your family and Holy Trinity Church. We are writing this email to thank you so much for the funds that were sent to Nyagatovu Parish for school fees and school materials. . .We paid school fees for 10 students as shown in the picture [above], and the children were given books and pens.

We are also pleased to inform you that the other student who dropped out of school is now studying in Technical education where she is studying HAIRDRESSING. Three of these children passed their National Exams where 2 of them joined A Level and 1 finished Primary 6 and is now in Senior 1.

Dear team, we again thank you so much for the support and requesting your prayers for these children as they are advancing to the next level of their education.

Extend our love and appreciation to all, and be blessed.

Rev. GATERA Jean Claude.

Mark Your Calendar - Church Plant Update!

Please mark your calendars and plan to attend a special presentation on Sunday, October 22nd, by Eric Chesney, Church Plant Resident.

Eric will be sharing important elements of the vision for the new church plant, which will launch in the Fall of 2024. In addition, he will be describing the concrete next steps for those who may be feeling God's call to be a part of the lead-up and launch of the new church plant. We are, in fact, entering that important formative phase where specific families and individuals will be asked to pray about participating in this church plant endeavor.

This is definitely a meeting you won't want to miss!  Eric will offer his presentation between services on the 22nd, from 9:50 to 10:40 AM in the Sanctuary.
