THE ALTAR GUILD NEEDS VOLUNTEERS!

One of the most rewarding gifts a person can give to his or her church family is to serve on the Altar Guild.

Our Anglican worship is centered on God's Word and on Christ's Table. Every one of our Friday evening and Sunday morning services culminates with the Eucharist, that shared meal where we, with the help of the Holy Spirit, meet Jesus in a uniquely intimate way in community with our brothers and sister in Christ.

Our Altar Guild plays an essential role in helping to make that happen.

Every Friday and every Sunday, dedicated men and women from the Altar Guild set up the Sanctuary and the Table (Altar) for our services. The work is not difficult. It does not take a great deal of time. It is not stressful. But it is essential.

Would you consider joining our team of men and women on the Altar Guild?

Our numbers are quite diminished in this season. Several regular volunteers are out of commission or are needing a break from the Guild activities. We'd love to see some new faces and some family groups join us in this rewarding and necessary work.

We will give you plenty of training and guidance, as you come aboard. There are good written materials and guides to help you know and remember what goes where. Our processes and systems are well-developed. We just need more volunteers.
